In response to post-COVID urban changes and a demand for innovative housing in the financial district, our adaptive reuse project at 80 Richmond St extends the existing 20-story tower by 6 stories. Our approach integrates heritage preservation, office-to-residence conversions, public path connections, and a nod to the unbuilt Victory Building top—balancing family needs, urban development, and historical preservation, while emphasizing sustainability and public engagement.
