Riverline Homes connects the main intersections, Hastings St North and Madawaska Street through the path that extends from the park towards the river.The project follows four design strategies. Requalifying open land, creating intimacy, conserving cultural character, and following passive startegies. The project is intended to create public realms, and public open spaces. It highlights a new future for the community providing walkable and usable pathways for vulnerable individuals as the coop house creates relationships that provide social intimacy.
